Miss Jade was elected Empress 9 of all Montana during Coronation 2003 and the College of Monarchs approached Emperor 7 "Just" Wayne to take Regent Emperor 9. At The end of the reign the Regent was removed and "Just" Wayne will be known as Emperor 9 of all Montana.
Empress 9 Miss Jade was formally known as "The Sugar Free Empress." Emperor 9 "Just" Wayne was formally known as "The Sugar Coated Emperor." This was the first year that the titles of Imperial Crown Prince and Princess were elected not appointed. The community elected William and Rebecca as Imperial Crown Prince and Princess 9 of all Montana.
Reign 9 broke all the financial records of previous years with $20,652 raised for the community of Montana. We were happy to have also broken the record for the most raised in a single show. $3730 was raised during our Pride Celebration in June. We thank the community of Montana for the awesome support and for helping us meet and exceed our goals for Reign 9.

The title of Enchantress 2 of all Montana was given to DeeDee and the Title of Enchantor 4 of all Montana was given to Emperor 5 Shay. These titles allow these individuals all the rights and priviledges of a member of the ISCSM college of Monarchs. The titles of Prince and Princess Royale 1 for Life was given to ICP 9 William and Dita for their support and dedication to the court of Montana.
The community of Montana elected Tim and Ophelia as Emperor and Empress 10 of all Montana. The community also elected Myles and Dustee as Imperial Crown Prince and Princess of all Montana.
