Imperial Crown Prince # 5           "Just" Wayne Emerald

Emperor Five Shay was Formaly known as "The Bar Fly Emperor."  Emperor Shay appointed Wayne to be his Imperial Crown Prince.  Reign Five saw the first court functions held in Billings and Butte Montana this would be the first year that awards were given to members of the Butte and Billings communities.  Reign Five influenced a large influx of increased state wide memberships.  The reign donated over $11,000.00. Donations included: Yellowstone AIDS Council, Race for a Cure, Missoula AIDS Council, Moelinda's Bennefit, Toys for Tots, Western Montana Gay and Lesbian Community Center, PRIDE, AIDS quilt, Z100 Food Drive, Falls AIDS Network, Butte AIDS Council, Janet Watson Home for Children, Ronald McDonald House, Women's Center, Flathead AIDS Alliance, OutSpoken and Lambda Alliance. This would be the first year that the Imperial Family members would reside in Missoula, Butte and Billings. Coronation Five "Episode Five the Empire Srikes Back" was held at the Missoula Elks Lodge (downstairs).  Fourteen courts were in attendence  and the community of Montana elected Dian and Miss Jade to be the next Emperor and Empress.
