This reign saw a restructuring of bylaws and the financial structure of the court in Montana. This was the year a contribution fund was implemented to be distributed to charitable or other GLBT community service organizations the night of Coronation. This would be the first year of many to come that the Imperial Crown Prince and Princess would step-down with the reigning Monarchs at Coronation. Reign Three saw Montana host its first Mountain Central Regional Court Conference.
Major events of the reign included:
The annual PRIDE celebration being in Missoula and the court's coo sponsorship of the weekend.
Emperor Timmy traveled to 14 out of state Coronations.
Donatons included:
Missoula AIDS Council, OutSpoked, Lambda Alliance, Montana Breast Center.PRIDE, Montana Gay Men's Taskforce, Women's Center and Camp Make A Dream.
Coronation Three "An Imperial Bash Under the Big Sky, Where Rock and Roll Dreams Come True." was held at the Elks Lodge (upstairs). Eleven out of state courts were in attendance. The community of Montana elected Mercedes Benz to be the next Empress and Imperial Crown Prince Three DJ K. Bouvier was elevated to Emperor Four of All Montana.
