Empress Two Alexandera was formally known as the "White Diamond Black Onyx Empress."  Alexandera appointed Kevin Rose Masterson and Victoria Capwell Knight as her Imperial Crow Prince and Princess. Highlights of reign Two included: Ribbon's for Breast Cancer and a Membership Drive Show. This Reign saw the first and only Imperial Crown Prince and Princess Ball.  Kevin and Victoria's theme was "A Magical Evening in Disney Land." Donations included: Montana Breast Center, Toys for Tots and Missoula AIDS Council. Reign Two Coronation was held at the Union Hall in Missoula the theme was "Camelot."  The ISCSM hosted delegates from Spokane, Seattle, Portland and the Tri-cities. The community of Montana elected Timmy and Chante to be the next Elected Monarchs; Emperor and Empress Three.
